Congratulations on reaching out
for help in this struggle.
I know from first-hand experience how difficult and
lonely it can be. But I definitely want you to know
there is hope – and joy at the other end of the journey
– and along the way!
The year 2010 marks 13 years of recovery for me. I have
a freedom from the SSA struggle and sexual addiction
beyond what I once thought would ever be possible.
And I am driven to share that freedom and joy with as
many others as possible.

Free Initial Call.

to schedule a free 20- to 30-minute initial consultation
/ coaching call with me.
This call will allow us to begin getting acquainted. It
will let me get a sense of your circumstances and goals,
and let you get a sense of my personality, experience
and approach.
If, after that, we agree that we are a good match to
work together in a coaching relationship, I’ll invite
you to do the following so we can get started right
away.

Read and Sign
Coaching Client Agreement
Read the Coaching Client Agreement and make sure you
understand and agree with it. Ask me if you have any
questions or concerns. Then return the signed form to
me.

the form, print out a hard copy, sign the last page
(signature page), scan it to a JPEG or similar
picture file, then attach the picture file to an
email and send it to me at
